Hercules stands for tradition and adventure. With the exclusive series "Luxury Alpinism," a legend returns to the wrist. In 1953, the Austrian mountaineer Hermann Buhl was the first to summit the 8,126-meter-high Nanga Parbat. During his historic ascent, he wore a watch that was as reliable as he was: a Hercules. This watch, known for its robustness and reliability, withstood the extreme conditions of the Himalayas and made the Hercules brand world-famous. "Henzi & Pfaff," the company behind Hercules, seized this historic moment. From then on, their watches were associated with adventure, sportiness, and extreme durability. After years of development, the brand returns with an exclusive series, based on the original models, featuring a new micro-rotor movement certified by Timelab in Geneva. This new series is built on the original models and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Particularly impressive are the engraved contour lines of Nanga Parbat on the bridges of the watch, as well as the details filled with blue-glowing SuperLuminova, reminiscent of the icy peaks of the Himalayas.

Hercules Watches proudly presents its latest limited collection: the Hong Kong Edition, a series limited to only 50 pieces, created in collaboration with Independent Watcher. This extraordinary watch is a tribute to the famous Lion Rock, a landmark of Hong Kong that symbolizes strength and resilience.

The case is made of tantalum, a rare and particularly robust metal that is seldom used. Tantalum not only gives the watch a unique dark gray appearance but also features hypoallergenic properties, high scratch resistance, and durability—making it ideal for daily wear while also serving as a luxurious statement.

The dial is made of chopped carbon, painted in a vibrant blue that evokes the vast sky above Lion Rock. The yellow second hand, symbolizing the sun, adds a striking pop of color. Additionally, the hands and indices are coated with Super-LumiNova, ensuring optimal visibility even in low light conditions. The Hong Kong Edition is a true collector's piece for discerning watch enthusiasts.

The Hong Kong Edition is available in two movement versions:

Micro-rotor automatic movement: With a sleek design made possible by the micro-rotor, this variant offers a clear view of the finely decorated bridges through the sapphire crystal case back.

Manual winding movement with two mainspring barrels: This version provides an impressive power reserve of 120 hours (5 days) and prominently displays the silhouette of the Lion Rock peak lines, filled with Super-LumiNova, through the case back.
